Phillips high school student achieves Eagle Scout
STRONG – This week, Carter Butterfield of Phillips received the highest honor that can be awarded to a Scout, the Eagle Scout award. During a ceremony at the Strong Methodist Church Parish House on Tuesday, December 27, Carter was recognized for his work and achievements. Carter is the third Butterfield to earn the Eagle Scout rank.
