Authorities looking for man who dropped off injured dog at Farmington shelter
Farmington Animal Control is asking for the public’s help in finding the owner of an injured dog dropped off Wednesday at the Franklin County Animal Shelter.
The man who dropped off the dog had facial hair and was driving a white Mitsubishi SUV.
