FRANKLIN COUNTY – As of Thursday night, a shelter-in-place order is still in effect for Androscoggin County and northern Sagadahoc County. In response to the events of Wednesday night and the active homicide investigation and search for the primary suspect, schools and offices have issued closures and cancellations.
