Phillips residents vote to expand select board

PHILLIPS – More than eighty residents gathered at the Phillips Area Community Center Tuesday night for a special town meeting. Per the first warrant article, Tom Saviello was elected as the moderator for the meeting. Saviello then presented Article Two, which asked the voters if they would increase the size of the select board from three to five members.
