The Bangor Rams and the Hampden Broncos boys soccer teams combined for 10 goals in the second half of an action-packed season opener as Bangor held on to win 7-5.
The floodgates opened in the last 10 minutes, with speedy Bangor sophomore Jasper Sparks and Hampden junior Logan Lagrange exchanging two goals apiece.
