Bangor police issue warning after string of car burglaries
BANGOR – Bangor police are warning people of a rash of car burglaries in the city.
Bangor Police Dept. Spokesman Sgt. Wade Betters said since August 17, they’ve received 20 reports of motor vehicle burglaries.
He says many of the cars being broken into have had their doors unlocked.
Betters said the best way to prevent a car burglary is to lock your vehicle’s doors.
