Camden Snow Bowl open for skiing

CAMDEN– This hasn’t been a great winter so far for some of Maine’s smaller ski resorts.

There simply hasn’t been enough snow or the conditions needed to make snow.

That was also the case at the Camden Snow Bowl, but they’re finally open.

Richelle Gagne and her team have been busy making snow to give people something to do during the holiday break.

They’ll be open from nine until four through the holiday break and hope to offer tubing later in the season.

New Hermon Mountain is also busy making snow and hopes to open for the season tomorrow.

They also will offer tubing later in the winter.
