Clinton man indicted in connection with deadly crash
SKOWHEGAN – The Somerset County Grand Jury returned indictments against 22 people on Friday, on a variety of charges ranging from assault to drug trafficking.
Among those indicted was a Clinton man accused of driving drunk and killing two people from his hometown.
David Johnson, 44, is charged with two counts of manslaughter and three counts of aggravated criminal OUI.
The charges stem from a crash on November 23 of 2019 in Canaan that killed Scott Miller and Robert Archer.
