Maine, New Hampshire healthcare provider to pay $22M in settlement over Medicare fraud claims
According to a lawsuit filed in 2018, Martin’s Point Health Care would submit codes making patients appear sicker they were to get higher monthly payments from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
