Multiple crashes slow traffic on I-95 near Broadway in Bangor

A series of car crashes have closed the southbound left lane of Interstate 95 near Broadway in Bangor.
The crashes, reported around 5:40 p.m. near mile marker 185, involved multiple vehicles, according to the Maine State Police. They are also impacting traffic near Broadway Street, officials said.
Drivers are advised to steer clear of the area.
