Penobscot County Grand Jury indicts Holden man for sexual assault
BANGOR — The Penobscot County Grand Jury has indicted a Holden man on more than a dozen gross sexual assault charges.
55-year-old Morris Carr was also indicted back in May on eight counts of gross sexual assault.
Carr was arrested in March for gross sexual assault of a victim under the age of 12.
Police say there are multiple alleged victims in the case.
37-year-old Monica Clark of Bangor and 34-year-old Roger Grego of Stonington have both been indicted on multiple drug trafficking charges in connection with a major drug seizure during a traffic stop back in October.
Police say Clark and Grego were in a car that was searched by Penobscot County Sheriff’s Deputies. There were also two young children in the car at the time.
More than 1,300 gross grams of illegal narcotics were found, including more than a kilo of fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, and crack cocaine.
Police say the estimated street value of the seized narcotics was approximately $190,000.
DHHS was called in to assist with the children.
