Police seek help in locating missing teen

DOVER FOXCROFT – Authorities in Piscataquis County are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teen

Joseph Woolf was last seen at Foxcroft Academy around 1:30 Thursday afternoon wearing the same sweatshirt he is pictured in and rust colored pants.
